Dr. Prakash Vasa started their work experience in 2000 as an NMS Architect at Concert Communications, followed by a role as an Executive Director at ATT from 2003 to 2008. Dr. Prakash then served as the President of IT and Professional Services at Genesis Networks, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they became the President/CEO of Nexera Solutions LLC. In 2018, they joined CMIT Solutions of Monmouth as the President, managing and maintaining information technology for businesses. Dr. Prakash also held positions at the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving as a Board Member from 2018 to 2020 and currently as the Treasurer & Executive Board Member. Additionally, they serve as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Seton Hall University since 2020.

Dr. Prakash Vasa's education history includes multiple degrees and programs. In 1991, they started their education at Long Island University, where they earned an MS degree in Computer Science in 1993. In 2015, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing the Advanced Management Education Program. Dr. Prakash later pursued a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the Swiss School of Business and Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they also hold a Global Doctor of Business and Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Swiss School of Business and Management.
