Amber Ghaddar, PhD, is the founder of AllianceBlock, an infrastructure provider for decentralized tokenized markets, and The 200Bn Club, which finances women and underrepresented founders to enhance the economy by £200Bn. With a rich background in finance, Amber served as a Fixed Income Trader and led the macro systematic trading strategies team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., along with heading UK private banks cross asset derivatives solutions. Amber also contributed as a guest lecturer on DeFi, cryptocurrencies, and fintechs at EDHEC Business School. Amber's academic achievements include a PhD in Molecular Medicine from Vita Salute San Raffaele, a master's degree in International Risk Management from HEC Paris, and several other master's degrees in related scientific fields.
