Andrea Charif, PhD, is an accomplished Application Development Engineer currently working at Nexeo Plastics, where responsibilities include providing material, application, and testing expertise to OEMs and customers in the west coast territory. Previously, Andrea served as the lead Application Development Engineer at 3M, focusing on automotive opportunities and developing composite applications using Advanced Materials.
