Alpana heads operations of the Business Process Management practice at Nexdigm (SKP). She leads a team of accounting professionals and attorneys that provide finance and accounting and contract management services to our clients.
She specializes in assessing and understanding client needs across cultures, geographies, and industries, designing customized transition plans and implementing them, handholding the project through hypercare to steady-state, and then guiding continuous improvement efforts. Building strong and lasting client relationships is core to her role.
Her passion is in organization development, including leading improvement projects and investing in the growth of our people. She has been pivotal in setting up the 'Learning and Development' function for BPM at Nexdigm (SKP). She set up the training center to help post-graduates fresh out of college to become corporate ready. For several years, she also led an in-house team of IT professionals who provide technology solutions to the firm.
Since the time she joined the organization in 2006, she has been exposed to every aspect of the business and has been an integral part of the organization's maturing to its current position as a delivery partner trusted by its clients.
Alpana frequently contributes to industry thought leadership, as a speaker at a range of forums, across her areas of expertise, including business and digital transformation, business process and continuity management, and set up and operational management of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
A Commerce graduate, Alpana qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. She is also a CPA from the Georgia State board of accountancy.
