Mridha Rashedul Islam PMP is an experienced operations and project manager currently serving as Head of Operations at Nexdecade Technology Pvt. Ltd. since June 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing the efficiency of the OTT platform. Previously, Mridha held positions such as Project Manager for OTT at Nexdecade, Civil Works Manager at banglalink, and MIS Administrator at CARE Bangladesh, demonstrating a strong background in content operations, civil infrastructure, and network management. Earlier roles include Network Infrastructure Specialist Engineer at Banglalink and System Engineer at RingTech Communication Ltd., specializing in network equipment installation and management. Mridha holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh.
