Austin E. currently serves as the Infrastructure and Software Development Director at Nexbillpay LLC, a company focused on payment solutions primarily for the utilities sector, since 2018. In this role, Austin drives the adoption of innovative technologies to address the evolving needs of the organization. Prior to this, Austin held the position of Technical Account Manager at InCare Technologies from 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities included enhancing the team's knowledge in Microsoft products and hardware.
