Henning Winter has worked in the automotive industry since 1997. Henning started their career at Helvetia Versicherungen as a System Supervisor Life and Vehicle Insurance. In 2006, they moved to Mapsolute GmbH as their Sales Director. In 2008, they joined NAVTEQ as a Senior Account Manager EMEA, Enterprise. In 2014, they began working at HERE Technologies in two roles - Global Head of System Integrators Automotive & Director Sales and Senior Sales Manager Automotive. In 2020, they became an Advisor at White Castle Partners and Global Head of Sales at Hitch Works, Inc. Henning is currently VP - Global Business Development Automotive at Nexar Inc., where they are responsible for building the Vision-based connected car services and data utilizing the imagery created by a swarm of cameras.

Henning Winter's education history includes a Diploma in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt) from the University of Mannheim, obtained between 1997 and 2000, as well as a High School Diploma from Dana Hills High School, obtained between 1992 and 1993.
