Katie Furstoss currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Nexamp, a role held since May 2023, and has been a Broker/REALTOR at SD Coastal Real Estate since March 2016, specializing in coastal homes and investment properties. Previously, Katie worked at SWCA Environmental Consultants as a Senior Project Manager and Northern California Business Development Lead, focusing on environmental planning and project management. Additional experience includes managing site acquisitions for Modus and working in real estate sales, leasing, and management with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Earlier career highlights feature project management in environmental consulting and land planning with J. Whalen Associates. Education was completed at San Diego State University.
