Jim Gallentine is an experienced systems administrator currently employed at Nex-Tech since April 2009. Prior to this role, Jim served as an instructor at Batky-Howell from April 2006 to March 2009, focusing on programming languages and operating systems including Java, Perl, XML, Linux, and UNIX. Jim also held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at StorageTek from August 2004 to April 2006, where responsibilities included course authorship, system administration, and software development. Earlier in the career, Jim was an instructor at Sun Microsystems from 2000 to 2004. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science from Colorado State University.
