Nicole Strickland has three years of work experience. In 2019, they were an Account Specialist at Nexio and an Underwriting Assistant at Complete Merchant Solutions, where they reviewed merchant applications and was in charge of pending items. In 2018, they were a Team Lead and Care Specialist at ActiveCare, Inc., where they managed a small graveyard shift and took phone calls from members.

Nicole Strickland obtained their High School Diploma from Wayne Community Jr-Sr High School. In March 2017, they obtained their Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. In March 2022, they obtained their VanGuard Leadership Program certification from Ellis and Associates, Inc.
