Erin Hancock has been working in the tech industry since 2020, when they started as a Software Developer at Nexio. Erin then moved to CMS as a Jr Software Developer, and had previously worked at Pony Express Dental as an Insurance Specialist in 2019. Before that, they were a Business Assistant at Mortenson Dental Partners from 2016 to 2019, and a Shift Manager at Culver's Restaurants from 2015 to 2016.

Erin Hancock began their education in 2011, earning an Associate of Science degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Utah Valley University, studying Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. In 2019, they returned to Utah Valley University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Web and App Development, which they will complete in 2023.
