Douglas Hansen has over 10 years of experience in the business industry. In 2017, they joined Nexio as the Vice President of Operations, where they assisted with the onboarding process for all new hires, created a company flow that interacted with over six different departments, and implemented an agreement flow for the software platform. Douglas also served as the Vice President of Client Experience, where they created a customer journey with all customer touchpoints within the business and established an NPS tracking system. In addition, they created and maintained a knowledge base and implemented Freshdesk for customer service and internal use.
Prior to joining Nexio, Douglas worked at CMS from 2010 to 2017. During their time there, they served as the Vice President of Operations, where they worked on process refinement with all departments and created department flows throughout the company. Douglas also served as the Customer Support Manager, where they implemented new process requirements and managed the team through industry changes. Finally, they were hired as the second Customer Support Representative and grew the team up to eight employees within the first year.
Douglas Hansen completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University, and their Intercultural Communications degree from the University of Utah in 2007.
