Dang Tuyet Mai, known as Mei, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Newwave Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, building performance management systems, and organizing personal development courses. Previously, Mei held positions such as Talent Acquisition Leader, Human Resources Manager at Pal Viet Nam, and Recruitment and Employee Relations Officer at Sun*. With experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, Mei has a strong background in enhancing employee experience, utilizing agile management practices, and developing high-quality human resources. Mei holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Thang Long University, completed in 2014.
