Ben further expanded their skill set by working as a Digital Marketing Intern at Credent Partners Limited, where they implemented digital marketing strategies and managed social media platforms.

Ben's passion for community engagement led him to join Thames Valley Police as a Police Officer, where they engaged in problem-solving work and collaborated with various agencies. Prior to that, they worked as a Forensic Mental Health Support Worker at the NHS, providing support to individuals with mental health problems. Ben's interest in consulting and research was evident during their time as a Consultant with the Southampton University Business Innovation Programme, where they worked on a research project for the recruitment industry. Ben also gained exposure to medical research through shadowing a post-doctoral researcher at the Cardiovascular Clinical Research Facility. Currently, Ben is working at Newton Europe as a Recruitment Analyst, where they utilize their market and talent insights to support the recruitment team and contribute to the organization's growth.

Ben E. has a strong education history.
