Ben E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ben started their career as a Customer Assistant at Tesco PLC, where they managed the Click and Collect Department and provided excellent customer service. Ben then interned at npower, gaining experience in digital strategy, transformation, and competitor research. Ben also participated in the npowering Weekend, where they showcased their teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Ben further expanded their skill set by working as a Digital Marketing Intern at Credent Partners Limited, where they implemented digital marketing strategies and managed social media platforms.

Ben's passion for community engagement led him to join Thames Valley Police as a Police Officer, where they engaged in problem-solving work and collaborated with various agencies. Prior to that, they worked as a Forensic Mental Health Support Worker at the NHS, providing support to individuals with mental health problems. Ben's interest in consulting and research was evident during their time as a Consultant with the Southampton University Business Innovation Programme, where they worked on a research project for the recruitment industry. Ben also gained exposure to medical research through shadowing a post-doctoral researcher at the Cardiovascular Clinical Research Facility. Currently, Ben is working at Newton Europe as a Recruitment Analyst, where they utilize their market and talent insights to support the recruitment team and contribute to the organization's growth.

Ben E. has a strong education history. In 2019, they attended The University of Huddersfield and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (Part Time) in Professional Policing Practice, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they studied at the University of Southampton and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology. Before their university years, Ben E. attended Faringdon Community College Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014, where they achieved impressive A-level results in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Geography (AS level). Ben completed their secondary education at Faringdon Community College from 2007 to 2012, graduating with 3 A*s, 9 As, and 1 B.
