Lenka Weingartová has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Lenka worked as a Project Manager & Senior Linguist at Newton Technologies since October 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Speech Linguistic Project Manager at Google (via Adecco) from June 2015 to July 2016. Lenka also worked at the Institute of Phonetics, Charles University in Prague, where they served as an Academic Secretary from September 2011 to December 2014. During the same time, they worked as a Researcher, conducting research on temporal and spectral characteristics of speech and supervising research assistants. Lenka started their career as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Phonetics, Charles University in Prague from March 2011 to June 2011. Lenka also gained experience at MELKER Media, where they worked as a Junior Project Manager & Copywriter from September 2009 to December 2010. Lenka's earlier roles include Translator and Editor at Talpress and Editor at Triton. Finally, Lenka has also worked as a self-employed Language Tutor from 2003 to 2009.

From 1998 to 2004, Lenka attended Gymnázium Na Pražačce, where they participated in the German bilingual program.
After completing their secondary education, Lenka enrolled at Charles University and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Phonetics, and Logic from 2004 to 2011.
Lenka further continued their studies at Charles University and completed their PhD in Phonetics from 2011 to 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Lenka obtained a certification in Model Thinking from Coursera in August 2013.
