Steve McBrayer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international business, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Motion Solutions and Newterra, McBrayer has previously held board positions at H-E Parts International, where responsibilities included overseeing a global organization with over 750 employees. McBrayer has a strong track record in executive leadership, having served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at H-E Parts International, with prior experience as Chief Financial Officer at Lanier Worldwide. Earlier career roles include Treasury Manager at Electrolux/Regina and auditor at Ernst & Young. McBrayer holds an MBA in Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a B.S. in Finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
