Brian Diedrichsen is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in managing real estate portfolios, acquisitions, and commercial lending. Currently serving as the Managing Principal and Managing Director at Newstreet Properties LLC since June 2016, Diedrichsen oversees a varied real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Diedrichsen held the position of Chief Development Officer at Tetrad Property Group, where responsibilities included site selection, construction oversight, and joint venture structuring. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at First National Bank of Omaha and Great Western Bank, as well as Director of Capital Markets at Cormac Company. Diedrichsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
