Youssef Abrazi is currently an IT-trainee at Newskool since September 2024, working on various IT projects while pursuing a part-time Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Previously, Youssef completed a Masterclass Professional at Calco from September 2022 to March 2024, focusing on preparing individuals for IT careers. Experience includes a role as Configurationspecialist at Eneco, and various customer service and sales positions at VodafoneZiggo, Telfort, and Hamilton Bright, among others. Youssef also has a background in technical support, sales, and management through roles at Teleperformance, PSfm, and Albert Heijn. With a strong educational foundation in commerce and technology, Youssef is dedicated to advancing in the IT field.
