Daniel Parra Sanabria has a solid background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Daniel has held various roles in different companies, including Newshore, GAVEL - Live Auctions, RocketPower, Perficient, JIBE eCommerce, Truelogic Software, VanHack, TEAM International, Huge, and Growth Acceleration Partners.

In their most recent position as a Technical Recruiter at Newshore, Daniel is responsible for sourcing and hiring new talent. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at GAVEL - Live Auctions and RocketPower, where they focused on hiring senior and lead developers.

Daniel also has experience in talent acquisition leadership as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Perficient. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at JIBE eCommerce, where they helped plan, build, execute, and grow eCommerce-focused brands through technology implementation and performance marketing.

Earlier in their career, Daniel held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Truelogic Software and VanHack. Daniel also served as the Head of Recruitment at TEAM International and as a Recruiter at Huge.

Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Daniel has a strong focus on finding and engaging top talent in the tech industry.

Daniel Parra Sanabria completed their education at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2006 to 2011, earning a degree in Psychology. Additionally, they obtained the following certifications: a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation in June 2020, a certification in UX Deep Dive: Usability Testing from LinkedIn in May 2020, and a certification in UX Foundations: Research from LinkedIn in September 2019.
