Andy Swaithes, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Field Sales Representative for the Academic Market at NewsBank since June 2022 and holds adjunct professor positions at both Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges since May 2020 and August 2019, respectively. Additionally, Andy operates as a Writer/Coach at BOOMerang Coaching, focusing on human motivation and personal growth through the book "Authentic Actualization." Previously, Andy excelled in a sales role at ProQuest, consistently achieved top performance, and successfully managed a $14 million territory. Andy holds a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Teaching and Learning from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Arizona State University.
