Heather Raulerson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather started their career as a Product Engineer at DaimlerChrysler, where they were responsible for the design, development, and coordination of the Jeep Wrangler seat program. Heather then worked at General Motors as a Project Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Human Factors Engineer, where they contributed to the development of motor vehicle components with a focus on human user interface. During their time at General Motors, they successfully completed a challenging TALC program and motivated team members to meet deadlines.

Heather also worked as a Vehicle Human Machine Interface (HMI) Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they optimized customer interfaces and created Best Practices for interface design. Heather later joined J.D. Power as a Manager in Automotive Consulting.

In 2016, Heather started their own business called RaulersonGirlsTravel, where they worked as a Freelance Writer and Photographer specializing in solo adventure and cultural travel. Heather also wrote for various traditional and online publications on topics such as travel, human interest, food and drink, and photography.

In 2020, Heather joined News Break as a Content Creator, writing travel content for destinations in the U.S. and providing local news updates for Southeast Michigan. Heather also worked as a Freelance Photographer for OCUS, focusing on taking pictures of restaurants and food.
