Lori M. DeVincent is an experienced Senior Information Technology Project Manager currently with Newrez LLC since June 2023. With prior positions at Pfizer as Manager of Authoring and Workflow Business Solutions, Sagent Lending Technologies as Program Manager Consultant, and ResCap Liquidating Trust as Director of Program Management, Lori has a strong background in leading complex IT projects, managing large-scale infrastructure programs, and providing technology leadership during critical corporate transitions such as divestitures and bankruptcies. Additional roles include managing regulatory response workstreams at Ally Financial Inc. and overseeing project management at The Strata Company and GMAC ResCap. Lori holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Design from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University, along with certification as a M&A Specialist from the M&A Leadership Council.
