Jonas Stiklorius is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at CrossBeat Ventures, LLC, since January 2019, where the focus is on social impact investments in venture capital, private equity, and real estate. Prior to this role, Jonas held the positions of CFO and COO at Friends at Work from 2015 to 2018, overseeing operations and finance for an entertainment and social impact company. From 2006 to 2016, Jonas worked at Alvarez & Marsal in various leadership roles during corporate restructuring, including serving as COO & CFO of Lehman's Real Estate Group amidst the aftermath of the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Nightingale & Associates, managing significant corporate restructurings. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
