Fereydoun Faridian has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Currently, they are a Partner & Managing Director at Newport LLC, where they assist CEOs and owners of middle market companies in developing winning strategies and optimizing exits. Fereydoun is also a SoCal Founding Member of the Private Directors Association®.

In addition to their current positions, Faridian serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Radiomedix, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on targeted radiopharmaceuticals for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Fereydoun is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for SynTouch, Inc., a company dedicated to applying the science of touch to business objectives.

Faridian holds positions on the boards of Opterro, Inc., Healthy Dining, and Entefy, where they provide advice and guidance. Fereydoun is a Principal Advisor at Larta Institute, an accelerator working with government agencies to commercialize breakthrough technologies.

Throughout their career, Faridian has been invited to give talks and has held various roles on the boards of multiple companies, including Juvantis, Optinetrics, a satellite internet service provider, MedSchool, EST, Park South Ltd., and Park South Services Ltd.

Previously, Faridian served as a Member of the Board of Directors for California Institute of Computer Assisted Surgery, CICAS Inc.

Fereydoun Faridian's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Fereydoun obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance & Strategy from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they have a PhD from UCL (University College London) in Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics, Physical Electronics, Microwaves, and Modern Optics.

Earlier in their education, Fereydoun attended Lycée Français Razi Charles de Gaulle, where they earned a Baccalaureat degree in Mathematics and Physical Sciences with a specialization in Philosophy. During their time at the Lycée, they achieved a Mention Bien, indicating a high level of performance.

Fereydoun Faridian also attended Collège Saint Louis in Téhéran, where they completed a program called CEPC (Multi-lingual Primary and Secondary Education). This program provided him with a diverse educational background and language skills.

In addition to their degrees, Fereydoun Faridian holds a Certificate in Private Company Governance obtained in August 2022 from the Private Directors Association®.
