Marie Tervil has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping management. From 1990 to 2001, they worked at Double Tree Guest Suites, where they started as a Housekeeping Supervisor and eventually became an Executive Housekeeper. In these roles, they were responsible for purchasing, budget planning, payroll, scheduling, motivating, training, and hiring staff. Marie also responded to customer complaints and concerns, implemented incentive and customer service programs, conducted training and suite inspections, and managed scheduling and payroll.
From 2001 to 2007, Marie worked as a Room Manager at Hilton, where they had similar responsibilities and tasks as their previous roles. Marie then moved on to Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa, where they served as the Director of Housekeeping from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they continued to excel in managing purchasing, budget planning, payroll, scheduling, motivating, training, and hiring. Marie also responded to customer complaints, implemented incentive and customer service programs, and coordinated with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Marie's next position was at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, where they worked as the Director of Housekeeping from 2009 to 2010. Marie'sresponsibilities remained consistent, and they effectively handled the duties of purchasing, budget planning, payroll, scheduling, motivating, training, and hiring. Marie also addressed customer complaints and concerns and implemented incentive and customer service programs that improved the overall guest experience.
Lastly, Marie worked at The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort as the Director of Housekeeping from 2010 onwards. In this role, they continued to carry out their tasks in purchasing, budget planning, payroll, scheduling, motivating, training, and hiring. Marie actively responded to customer complaints and concerns and successfully implemented incentive and customer service programs, further enhancing guest satisfaction.
From 1994 to 1998, Marie Tervil attended Nova Southeastern University but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later on, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the same institution.
