Graeme Blair is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Newport Beach Country Club since November 2020. Prior to this role, Graeme held the position of Chef De Cuisine at both St. Regis Monarch Beach and Westin Kierland under Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from November 2002 to May 2016. Graeme's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Arizona Culinary Institute (2001-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University (1991-1996).
