Brian P. Miranda is a seasoned professional in capital markets with extensive experience in the real estate finance sector. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at NewPoint Real Estate Capital since June 2021, Brian previously held the position of Managing Director at Barings Multifamily Capital from August 2012 to March 2019. With a robust background at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC as Senior Vice President for GSE Trading & Structuring from February 1994 to August 2012, and an earlier role in asset marketing at the FDIC from April 1990 to February 1994, Brian has cultivated a deep expertise in the field. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 1983 and 1988.
