Alexander M. Pressman is a seasoned finance professional with a comprehensive background in capital markets and loan underwriting. Currently serving as a Capital Markets Pricing Manager and ACMBS Trader at NewPoint Real Estate Capital since December 2021, Alexander oversees pricing methodologies and manages the profitability of key loans associated with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. Previously, at Summit Consulting, LLC, Alexander acted as a Senior Federal Credit Financial Analyst, underwriting loans for the USDA. Earlier experiences include roles in energy efficiency at RISE Engineering, financial planning at New York Life Insurance Company, and library assistance. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from UMass Boston, complemented by an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
