Kimberly Tipton has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Newnan Utilities since November 2020. Prior to this role, Kimberly retired as a Manager from Delta Air Lines after a longstanding career that began in May 1990. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from the University of West Georgia.
