Bradley Pillage is an experienced professional in the mining and resource sector, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Resource Planning at Newmont Corporation since October 2023, focusing on global asset optimization and strategic resource development. Previously, Bradley held the position of Project Manager for Lithium at Mineral Resources Limited, leading key lithium growth projects including the Mt Marion Underground project. With a longstanding tenure at Newmont Corporation from 2008 to 2022, Bradley progressed through various roles including Director of Operations and Project Planning, and Project Manager for a US$2 billion mine expansion project at PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Bradley's educational background includes a Master of Commerce in Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mining Engineering), a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering), and a Bachelor of Commerce, all from The University of Western Australia, complemented by studies at Harvard Business School.
