Rhyanna Mogé Taylor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rhyanna started their career as a Quality Control Assistant at Robyn Meredith Inc in 1999, where they gained experience in production and trim quality control. From there, they worked as a Pattern Department Manager at A Wish Come True, where they were responsible for designing, manufacturing, and distributing dance and dress-up costumes. Rhyanna also managed the sample workflow and participated in catalog development.

Afterward, Taylor joined Orchard Brands Distribution Center, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager for their various brands. Rhyanna then moved on to Appleseed's as a Lab Testing & Compliance Manager, ensuring product compliance and safety standards. Later, they joined Bluestem Brands, Inc., as a Sourcing Manager, focusing on woven import development for the Appleseed's Group.

Currently, Taylor holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Newmine, where they are the primary subject matter expert for their software solution addressing retail's returns problem. Rhyanna utilizes their experience in returns reduction and quality initiatives to optimize processes and identify areas of opportunity throughout the retail supply chain.

Rhyanna Mogé Taylor started their education at Nashua Senior High School from 1995 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. Rhyanna then went on to attend Drexel University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.

In addition to their formal education, Rhyanna Mogé Taylor obtained certifications in various areas. In 2016, they completed a certification in Printing Science & Technologies from Cotton Incorporated. Rhyanna also obtained certifications in Product Labeling and Quality Assurance from Cotton Incorporated in June 2015.
