Carman Goodrich has a diverse background in customer service, videography, and web management. Currently serving as a Happiness Technician at Newmind Group, Inc. since November 2015, Carman previously held roles as a Customer Sales Representative at Fanfare Sports & Entertainment, Inc. and as a Video Editor for Sinclair Broadcast Group, where teamwork with news production staff was paramount. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Creative Writing and Comparative Religions from Western Michigan University and studies at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Additional experience includes an internship focused on instructional design and videography, web management for the Western Herald, and an IT internship that involved network creation and maintenance.
