Harlye Carlton is an Associate Attorney at Newmeyer Dillion. Prior to joining the firm, Harlye served in various legal roles within the United States Marine Corps, including as a Judge Advocate, Senior Trial Counsel, and Criminal Investigative Division Officer in Charge. Harlye holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, a Master's degree from Marine Corps University, an LLM in Military Criminal Law from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
