Lou Alvarado is a Chief Revenue Officer at Newmark since October 2015. Prior to that, Alvarado served as President East Region at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2008 to October 2015. Alvarado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University, having attended the University of Connecticut from 1979 to 1982.
