Greg Galusha is an accomplished professional in the real estate finance sector with extensive experience in capital markets, joint ventures, and investment management. Currently serving as the Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets for the Western U.S. at Newmark since August 2021, Greg provides equity advisory and placement for co-GP/LP joint ventures, preferred equity, and mezzanine debt across various asset types. As Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Arris Investments since January 2012, Greg focuses on providing joint venture equity for multifamily, storage, and industrial assets, targeting the middle marketplace. Greg has previously held leadership positions at PeerStreet, Kearny Real Estate Company, PCCP, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, demonstrating a proven track record in business development, underwriting, and investment management since beginning a career path in real estate with Trammell Crow Company in 1992. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
