Shannon Foster has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shannon began their career in 2001 as the Chief Human Relations Officer at Robinson Park. In the same year, they also joined Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort, where they held the positions of Chief Human Relations Officer and Director of Human Resources.
Shannon Foster completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Central Oklahoma. Following that, they attended East Central University from 1994 to 1998, although the specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
