Josh has been with Newlight Partners and its predecessor, the Strategic Investments Group of Soros Fund Management, since 2008. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries. He focuses on investments in telecommunications and business services.

Josh resides in Brooklyn with his wife and son.
