Cindy Keefe has over three decades of experience in community development and homeowner association operations. Since 1989, Cindy has held the position of Manager of Development Standards and HOA Operations at Newland Communities, where responsibilities include overseeing builder construction plan reviews, preparing community guidelines, and managing association operations. Additionally, Cindy serves on eleven association boards encompassing residential, commercial, and community support organizations. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sugarland Properties Inc. from 1983 to 1989, contributing to the development of the First Colony master-planned community.
