Michelle Epstein started their work experience as a Store Manager, Coffee Master, and Recruiting Lead at Starbucks in 2006. Michelle had a successful 12-year career in responsible restaurant management, with a strong background in human resources management, including recruiting, sourcing, morale/welfare, education, and training. In 2018, they joined Newland Associates, where they worked as an Executive Recruiter. Michelle later became the Director of Recruitment, responsible for various services like recruitment, workforce analytics, assessments, leader development, career management, HR advisory, and outplacement. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Executive Search at Newland Associates. Michelle also worked as a Contract Recruiter at DiBell Group, Inc.
Michelle Epstein has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Walden University, which they obtained in 2012. Michelle also has a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Walden University, received between 2005 and 2007. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2001. Additionally, they completed some coursework towards a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University at Albany, SUNY.
