Lauren Freeman is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Manager at Newk's Eatery since March 2019 and as Pool Food and Beverage Manager at Biltmore Forest Country Club since May 2017, where additional roles include Grill Room/Bar/Banquet Server. Lauren has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, having worked as a Server Assistant/Server at Longhorn Steakhouse from April 2013 to May 2016, and as a Veterinary Assistant at Conyers Animal Hospital from May 2012 to June 2013. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from DeVry University and has previously studied Biology with a focus on Veterinary Medicine at the University of West Georgia.
