Jon Castleberry is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Manager at Newk's Eatery and as a Catering Sales Manager at 360 Catering and Events since 2019, Jon also holds the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Woodhaven Country Club, Inc. since 2018. With a strong foundation in the restaurant industry, Jon has been a Bartender at Conlons Pub since 2009, and previously owned and managed Sardines Ristorante Italiano from 2002 to 2008. Earlier career experience includes working as an Account Manager at Wine Frog and as a Sales Representative at Ambiente Wine Imports. Jon's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government/Secondary Education from Tarleton State University and an Associate of Arts in Education from Weatherford College.
