Eric McEachen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as a Homebuilding Operations Consultant at New Home Co. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Brookfield Properties as the SVP of Housing Operations from September 2020 to April 2023.

From 2016 to 2020, Eric served as the Vice President of Operations at William Lyon Homes. Before that, they held the position of Vice President - Product Development & Purchasing at Standard Pacific Homes from June 2014 to October 2015.

In 2013, Eric worked at CenturyLink as the Strategic Sourcing Manager, where they managed an annual spend of $500M and achieved significant cost savings.

Their earlier experiences include roles at Richmond American Homes, where they served as the Director of National Purchasing from August 2012 to August 2013, Director of Operations from March 2009 to August 2012, Operations Strategy Consultant from July 2007 to March 2009, Regional Estimator from August 2006 to July 2007, and Purchasing Agent from August 2005 to August 2006.

Additionally, Eric has had experience as an Account Manager at Alliance International & Customs Clearance from March 2004 to August 2005. Eric also worked as a Business Specialist Volunteer for the Peace Corps from 1999 to 2001.

Eric McEachen attended Kansas State University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting. Following this, from 2002 to 2003, they pursued an MBA specializing in Global Finance at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
