Mit Doshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Restaurant Owner at Barrio Tacos and Honest Indian Restaurant since 2023, Mit also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at NewHatch and Application Manager at EMG USA Inc., roles maintained since 2021 and 2019 respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Service Specialist/Electrical Engineer at Mayfran International and a Field Service Engineer at Quadrel Labeling Systems, where responsibilities included project administration and preparation of technical documentation. Mit holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
