Courtney Jacob is a seasoned professional in social media management and account management, currently serving as a Senior Social Media Manager at NewGen since May 2024, overseeing prominent brands such as Tropicana, Play-Doh, and Furby. Prior to this role, Courtney operated as a Social Creative at Spin from July 2021 to May 2024, leveraging expertise in ideation and copywriting following a successful tenure as an Account Manager. Courtney's previous experience includes positions at VERB Brands, #BlueSocial Agency London, Kota Creative, and Havering College of Further and Higher Education, with a solid foundation in social media marketing begun at Acumen Design Consultancy as an apprentice.
