Alicia Pryzsieniak is a creative professional currently working at NewGen since November 2024. With a diverse background in the creative sector, Alicia has held roles such as Mid Weight Creative at SocialChain and JD Sports Fashion, as well as Junior Creative at Social Chain Agency. Additionally, Alicia's experience includes participating in the M&C Saatchi Open House and serving as the ECFA Media Officer in a voluntary position. As the founder of Raising The Bar 98, a personal sports blog focusing on women’s football and LGBTQ+ issues, significant audience engagement has been achieved globally. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Football, Business, and Marketing from UCFB, complemented by prior education in business at Runshaw College and secondary education at St James’s C of E Secondary School.
