Frannie Epps is currently the Head of Casualty at Newfront, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Frannie Epps spent nearly 15 years at Marsh, where responsibilities included serving as Central Zone Casualty Leader, Managing Director, and Risk Analyst. Frannie Epps began the professional journey at Marsh with a Summer Risk Analyst role in 2007. Frannie Epps holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University, achieved in 2008.
