Additionally, Mayur has experience as an Sr. Executive - HR at SIS, Ahmedabad, Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at LARA HR Sourcing Associates, and Executive - HR at Sterlite Technologies Limited. Their expertise includes talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, vendor management, and MIS creation. Mayur Ghiya completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from L.D. College of Engineering in the years 2003 to 2006. In addition, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU during the years 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, Mayur obtained a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from Gujarat University from 2000 to 2003.
