Allie Dietz started gaining valuable experience in the restaurant business at a young age, eventually moving on to roles such as Server at Yard House Restaurants and BBC Tavern and Grill. Allie then transitioned into the field of customer service and healthcare at Travers Lasik Vision Care, where Allie worked as a Customer Service/ Doctor's Assistant. Allie also held positions as a Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Dispatcher at Newcomb and Company. In addition to their work experience, Allie served as the Vice President Member Education at Kappa Delta Sorority. Allie obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Lynchburg.
