Mike Schinkel is the President of NewClarity Consulting LLC, specializing in optimizing CI/CD processes and testing practices to enhance development team efficiency and quality since October 2006. Mike's expertise includes GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, CircleCI, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild & CodeDeploy, Kubernetes, VMware, Docker, Packer, and programming in GoLang, PHP, and SQL. Previous roles include Senior GoLang Developer at SingleStore, GoLang and DevOps Developer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and WordPress Engineering Team Lead at Colibri Group. Mike co-founded the Atlanta WordPress Coder's Guild and has contributed to numerous projects across diverse industries, emphasizing best practices in WordPress development and microservices architecture. Mike holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
