Celi Glastris is a contributing writer for Newcity, specializing in long-term research-based stories, with a notable recent feature on the Art Institute's 3D Digitization project. As co-founder and co-coordinator of the Tufts/SMFA Five-Year Combined Degree Exhibition, Celi has helped to expand the exhibition's budget and jury panel in its second iteration. Previous experience includes contributing writing for EXPO CHICAGO's The Seen Journal and roles at Jim Kempner Fine Art and Black Gotham Experience, where Celi assisted in gallery management and event production. Celi holds a Master's degree in Art History and Criticism with Creative Writing from the University of Chicago and dual Bachelor's degrees in Art History and Fine Arts from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Study abroad experience includes time at Central Saint Martins in London.
